Ideal for many different recording environments, the 26×32-channel Quantum sound card is Presonus’ fastest and best-sounding audio/MIDI card that utilizes Thunderbolr 2 technology. A direct signal path is used directly to the DAW without the use of any DSP in order to provide the lowest possible latency. State-of-the-art 24-bit, 192 kHz converters and XMAX preamplifiers with 120 dB dynamic range, whose settings can be stored to obtain the highest quality, are used. When more I/O is desired, up to 4 Quantums can be used simultaneously to obtain 96 channels of I/O. The preamplifiers and many more features can be controlled via the included Studio One Artist DAW or UC Surface control software. Finally, all Quantum owners will have the Studio Magic plug-in package free of charge and will be able to get the Studio One Professional software at a 50% discount.
