Presonus Studio 192 mobile, sonic perfection
Flexible connectivity and professional listening & It is a USB 3.0 sound card that offers mixing controls in a compact desktop format. Whether you’re a producer, sound engineer, sound designer or singer, Studio 192 is designed for you to produce.
- 22 simultaneous inputs and 26 outputs (48 kHz) or 8 x 14 at 192 kHz.
- 24-one, 192 kHz, 118 dB dynamic range Burr-Brown converters
- ZERO DELAY on every analog input Presonus’ award-winning StudioLive Fat Channel (EQ, Compressor and Limiter) processing facility
- Remote Control XMAX microphone preamps that can be controlled via PC, Mac, iPad with UC Surface software.
- Zero latency monitor mixing, preamp control and control room integration in Studio One, Studio One Remote, and UC Surface software
- Possibility to increase analog input/output capacity with DP88 8 channel microphone preamplifier
Remote controllable XMAX preamplifiers
- Transparent sound that does not color your instrument
- Direct control from within the StudioOne mixer
- Controlling preamp settings via MIDI from software such as ProTools, Logic Live
- Ease of using digital memory with Class A analog circuit quality
The Studio 192 has 2 remotely controllable XMAX preamplifiers, each offering wide headroom, low noise, wide dynamic range and a unique frequency spectrum. The resulting musicality and transparency provide a sonic reproduction that is indistinguishable from reality.
Zero-Delay listening and control
As the integration with StudioOne cannot be achieved 100% with other software, all the features and mixer of Studio 192 can be controlled through the UC Surface software, which has been tested and approved for robustness and reliability. UC Surface software, which can run on Mac, PC and iPad, has earned a reputation for its practicality and ease of use in the past 1-2 years.
First-class signal processors are a Presonus tradition
Applying effects and compress / EQ to monitor mixes at the right settings has a huge impact on the musician’s ability to hear their performance accurately and naturally. The Studio 192 has Fat Channel on all analog inputs, plus a stereo reverb and a delay. The result of all this is a better performance and a better recording.
Smooth transition from Analog to Digital
Studio 192 uses very high quality AD converters up to 192 hHz designed with audiophile quality Burr-Brown processors. These transducers have a dynamic range of 118 dB that softly and naturally captures even the most complex musical harmonics. This way, you’ll be able to capture every breath, every transient, and even the smallest details in your performances.
