The perfect XMAX preamps for recording and live applications
Reaching the perfect sound easily and quickly thanks to Presonus “Fat Channel”
Unlimited ease of use both in the studio and live with the wireless remote control
Flawless XMAX microphone preamps for recording and on stage
To put it bluntly, the 32 XMAX preamps in 32.4.2AI definitely sound like they belong in the studio. With their high headroom and low noise, the clear sound they deliver is unbelievably incredible from a stage mixer. Combine these preamps with Firewire recording capabilities and you can easily create live recordings during performances. With the accompanying Studio One 2 Artist software, you can record new channels and add virtual instruments for more detailed editing.
Great sound quickly and effectively with the Fat Channel
StudioLive 32.4.2AI’s “Active Integration” DSP system is one step ahead of any other digital mixer. Thanks to Fat Channel, every channel comes with 4-band full parametric EQ, comprehensive dynamics and much more. Presonus’ AI DSP is so powerful that two full fat channels can be applied to each channel. In this way, they can be used as A/B setup for instant comparison. Perhaps most importantly, you don’t have to navigate through the menus to use these features. With the clearly named buttons, pots, illuminated LEDs and a separate pan indicator in the Fat Channel section of Presonus StudioLive 32.4.2AI, both the user is informed instantly and the desired changes can be made very quickly.
Great convenience both in studio and on stage with wireless remote control
The wireless connectivity feature of Presonus StudioLive 32.4.2AI provides an incredible remote control advantage by connecting to Apple iOS devices, eliminating the need to carry a computer or wireless connection equipment with the 32.4.2AI. This feature allows you to mix the way you want with the tablet in the palm of your hand, anywhere on the stage, and allows 10 people to remotely control the QMix function of the 32.4.2AI. In this way, each artist can do their own monitor mix from their own tablet or phone – without the need for expensive external equipment.
